Established to assist Holmes County trade school, undergraduate, or graduate students who are residents of the West Holmes district. Applicants must have been home schooled or graduated from West Holmes High School with at lest a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to applicants living in the Clark, Glenmont, or Killbuck areas with demonstrated financial need.

Those eligible for this scholarship must be a Holmes County, Ohio student pursuing the medical field, engineering, education, technology, environment, or science. Preference will be given to those students from Killbuck, Ohio.
