Transfer/Reinstatement Form
This form is for students who are actively enrolled in a higher education institution during the Fall semester who have received scholarship(s) through the Holmes County Education Foundation and are either:
- Transferring to a different accredited higher education institution during the current academic year OR
- who have received a scholarship for the current academic year but are only enrolling in the Spring semester.
Remaining scholarship funds will be applied in the Spring semester only (If applicable). If you are not attending college at any time during the academic year, then please contact the Holmes County Education Foundation immediately and submit the "Notice of Withdrawal" form also available at www.hcef.net. *Please note remaining funds from previous institutions must be received back by the Holmes County Education Foundation in order for the scholarship to be applied to the new accredited institution. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS FORM IN LIEU OF THE "COLLEGE INFORMATION SHEET".
