Those eligible for this scholarship must be a Holmes County graduating senior or adult student that resides in Holmes County. The student must be pursuing a field of study in accounting, business, medicine or nursing and preference will be given to those students attending Bowling Green State University, Otterbein University, Malone University, or the University of Akron Wayne College.

Those eligible for this scholarship must be a graduate of a Holmes County high school, or resident of Holmes County with a high school diploma or GED certificate and pursuing further education. Preference will be given to those demonstrating financial need. Applicants must have ranked in the top half of their graduating class and have a good record of behavior and community service involvement.
